"Went there to see as they show that they’re renting these units and OMG no way!! This whole place is disgusting. Old paint, ghetto looking super shabby with atrocious carports. It looks like they need to be demolished. I’m sorry it’s dirty and horrible trash everywhere. It does not look safe either."

"Management doesn’t care about the people living here. I’d keep the comments decent except for the fact that all I did was ask our management one question and she decided to walk right by me and not acknowledge me just to turn around and yell at me outside which made me realize that none of her words are worth listening to, she has a huge ego, and won’t listen to you because she thinks she is better than you. That was my first time meeting her and she yelled in my face. We’ve asked to get things fixed, they don’t care. I go to college and having to live this life is already hard, I hope these apartments don’t last very long and everyone living here gets blessed and eventually can afford to live better. None of us deserve to live like this."

"Terrible apartment complex. Management only cares about collecting rent on time. They will not fix anything in this place, including the interior or exterior of these apartments. Multiple lights in the parking ports are always out and this neighborhood is super sketchy at night with people walking around, playing music, and posting up in different corners"

"Very bad apartments are outdated , expensive , the apartments have a lot of problems , you pay your water bill and their boilers dont work I have had three months asking them to fix it and they send non professionals that don’t know how to fix stuff and then blame you for moving the boiler when you don’t have hot water like what kind of logic is that why would a person trying to live normally do that . They charge you random expenses that you “owe” for no reason without explanation and the new manager Maggie gets personal with tenants because she gets called to fix things that should work in a normal home . Don’t move here . They also charged for parking and then canceled the parking so now anyone can park at your apt # spot . And if you park outside the city fines you a ticket."
