"These are the worst apartments I've ever lived in. Ive been here for 2 years and have not slept at all or had any peace thanks to our upstairs neighbors that have no consideration for anyone. Constant stomping and jumping, literally feel like we live in a bomb shelter. The entire apartment shakes when the stomping and jumping is happening. Michelle is the most useless manager i have ever experienced. We've been submitting noise complaints for the last 2 years and all this useless manager does is send a text and tells us to pound on the ceiling back at them .. No notices about the noise complaints are ever sent. And supposedly the apartments are REMODELED!?!? HAHA PLEASE WE GOT THE SLUMLORD SPECIAL. Can't wait to move from this place! Please if you're looking at apartments here, run away!"

"Me and my parents have been living in this complex since 2007 and I feel the need to post this review to share our recent experiences regarding change in management. Our previous landlord was not at all attentive and our living area was not maintained regularly which definitely had an impact on our household experience. However now we have received a new landlord named Michelle and she has completely turned around the entire complex for the better. She has taken initiative in improving our homes and shown us care with our livelihoods in thought. We love the changes that have been made by Michelle and are excited to maintaining our residence here."

"I want to start out by saying Michelle our apartment manager is by far the best apartment manager I've ever had in my life. She cares about her tenants, and she goes beyond helping them with whatever they need. She has made our experience here a very positive one. The grounds are always clean and taken care of. The maintenance workers Ruben, Carlos, and Giovanni are also exceptional. I recommend living here 100 %. 5 stars across the board."

"As I live there for a year. The apartment I moved into was filthy, the floor boards were rotting and the ac was broken. During my time there my neighbors upstairs toilet was falling through the ceiling, flooding, termites, rotten floor boards that they covered up. Light socks that didnt work and they couldnt fix it. At move out, where I was promised I wouldn't have to pay a broken lease, they tired to tell me that I would have to pay for paint, after saying they need to remodel. If you remodel, you dont pay for paint. Now they are refusing to answer my calls. Beware of this apartment complex"

"Grossest place to live! The manager is a pathological lying scam artist! They steal your deposit money no matter ho clean you leave the apartments, they never make repairs and they have mold in them."
