Never had any issues with neighbors...etc. Ivette was always helpful with any concerns I had; anytime I placed a work order for my unit she responded ASAP . Edison (maintenance) was always very kind and fast on fixing any probs with the unit. Thank you so much to all the staff for making mine and my familys experience here at great one ."

"I stayed at sterling apartment complex for a little over a year and had a great experience. The complex was always clean and neat, it is kid and pet friendly. The manager Yvette is very respectful and helpful. If I had a concern, she always did her best to fix it. For example the light over my parking stall was out and i told her and she had it fixed right away. She also made sure i was moved in promptly, which i appreciated. I also love how it is a month to month facility. I have no complaints."

"The Aptos are very nice, clean and in a very good area, it's a shame for the attention of the manager, too poorly educated and rude, to finish adjusting she never answers the office phone, I can't imagine when I will have to ask her for help with things maintenance, because that lady is so rude."

"The Manager is so sweet and kind and if something breaks she gets it fixed right away it was summer time last year and our AC UNIT Broke and she bought us a portable unit and in a few days she put a brand-new AC UNIT in for us better model than the old one."
