"I have lived here for almost 5 years and it is clean, safe and comfortable. Manager is caring."
"I did online my application like 2 or 3 weeks ago with this sierra garden apartment for $45 for one person. Anyway the apartment office lazy. They not doing good job to follow up if they consider me to living as a future resident. So I wanted my money back please! Because I don't think you guys run my background check yet. My name shintia winardi. Feel free to refund my money $45 to my address 751 Doyle Avenue Redlands, ca 92374. I was really serious to move in to you guys apartment and I didn't get nothing in return. Not even deserved one star review to me. If you want find out I pay that $45 with citibank .aster card ending in 3244 with the name shintia winardi. I'm so disappointed because I didn't get any follow up or none even phone call about my status in the sierra garden apartment"
"There is never parking here, there’s like 14 spaces in total so you will have to park your car across the street if you have more then one car in your family which most people do, you’ll have to park next to Cardenas and cross the light late at night if you work in the afternoons, and there might not even be parking next to Cardenas you’ll have to park on the other street that is further down, and on the other street there’s a gas station with homeless people so they get in sometimes and go through the trash I’ve seen them before, and I’ve had my car get into and they took my little drawer next to my steering wheel with change in it, I happened to leave $30 cash there too so DONT leave valuables in your car, and with the parking people have family members moving their cars to their assigned parking when they get home I’ve even seen the manager do it, that’s how bad parking is here! so dont expect to be able to park inside, I wish I would’ve known that before moving here, and with the laundry there’s two laundry mats with 4 washers in each and most of the time two don’t work and you’ll have to do laundry in the other one hoping the dryer you put your clothes in actually dries your clothes, it’s not cheap either it’s $1.75 per load in a washer and $1.50 per dryer so if it eats your money and doesn’t turn on you have to call the company so they can send you your money back, people don’t bother doing laundry here because of that, and my apartment is upstairs and literally shakes if you run around so if you have kids keep that in mind and if you live upstairs the patio is the worst mine is actually soft when you step on it, I’ve never seen that in a apartment before, I’m never out there unless I need something, all things I wish I would’ve known before moving here!"
"This apartment complex is not worth your money. Veronica the manager is very nice & so is maintenance. However, the apartment is small, the laundry room sucks. There are only 4 machines and usually only like 2 work. The neighborhood is pretty unsafe, cars got broken into often, homeless & druggies would always roam around the complex (even though they were gated). Ppl tend to never close the gates!! There is no parking ever! You’re better off elsewhere"
"Alright so I'm going to write an honest review since there is not many, there's pros and cons to living here at Sierra Gardens, the pros being it's close to everything such as many shops and the Tyler mall. Also, most people in the complex and the property manager Veronica are nice however, it's very unsafe sometimes, a lot of druggies and homeless lurk around constantly, a druggie even came pounding on my door kicking and acting ballistic because some person broke the back gate and no one has done anything to fix it!!! I heard multiple gunshots being fired nearby the complex just a day ago!!! This is extremely concerning and something needs to be done to protect the residents that live here!!"
