"Experience with everyone that works here and are contracted have been overall pleasant; however, there are a multitude of issues that should be addressed: - Maintenance efficacy could be improved. Took probably 2 months to get AC fixed due to multiple inaccuracies in fixing root of the issue. Was not a pleasant summer. Also, minor inconvenience but a mess is always left afterwards(dirty shoes from walking on dirty/wet ground) that require cleaning. - Laundry room at times locked for no reason, even during operating hours. This is particularly annoying especially when living with time sensitive schedule. Have to wait about an hour and 30 minutes after operating hours because security not around to unlock the door? Honestly, how about just not locking the laundry room if no one is going to open it during listed hours. - Gate broken frequently. Unable to exit complex at times, Remote not working on gate at times. Fortunately, there is another exit on the side that is open at all times(which beats the purpose of complex being gated) - Toilet hole is too big for a standard plunger (this is not really a problem but just something I noticed) Of course, there are good parts of living here: - At least in my unit, it's mostly quiet when needed to be. So it can be pretty cozy. - It's nearby a lot of food locations and grocery store. - Cute cats roam about. - Built in laundry room for the complex. - They have a gym, but it's nothing spectacular. Two cardio machines, a standalone bench, cable machine/pull up, and dumbbells up to 50lbs. - Swimming pool that I don't use. - Professional office staff. But considering the somewhat pricy rent, it comes with certain expectations and I think the complex overall has fallen short of it in certain regards."

"I’ve lived here for over 6 years and my experience here wasn’t very pleasant the curtains break easily so does the AC,the screen doors fall off easily and the balcony’s floor is so poorly made i had fallen through the floor and gotten my food stuck once,The stove barely works and mold tends to grow easily on the walls in the bathroom,The walls are thin and you can hear the bathroom from the apartments behind yours and the workers aren’t very helpful when it comes to concerns mainly making you take care of it on your own,Cars have been towed in payed parting spots and so have visitors who’s cars were only parked out for a few hours being forced to pay a large fine and they do it at night so they can charge you with a two nights impound.I wish I could say my time here was good but it was far from that and made living day to day stressful."

"I came to visit my sister that lives at Carmel. I just want to say that the office staff Karina, Sarah and Marie are so nice and professional. My sister had called in earlier to let them know that I was coming and that I would need to be able to have access to the apartment. Sarah was able to get me a key so that I didn’t have to wait in the office with my luggage. They are so kind and we’re so welcoming. The community is nice and clean. Her apartment is huge! She’s in a one bedroom is nice and spacious! The only down fall was it doesn’t have washer dryer. But the washer dryers on site are nice and easy to use. Visited my sister for 9 days and it was a blast. Oh and Maria! She was so kind! When you drive into the property every one is smiling and staff is always waving ! I really felt like I was in a little town. Loved it here can’t wait to visit her again."
