Not only residents have the issue but they hardly can have visitors because of no parking space I believe there should be further persuading to higher level of City and California government to issue permits to park on the street, including Council member and governor."

"I recently moved in & so far I am enjoying it very much. The staff is very friendly & helpful. I don't understand the "jailhouse" reviews, I'm sure its just nit picking because they did not qualify. If I have to pick one thing that needs to be improved, it's to have the property grounds cleaned up of people throwing their trash, food wrappings, brown bags on the sidewalk, plants, & parking lot. I also noticed some people not picking up after their dogs! This is a brand new community people that we are fortunate to live in so let's take care of it!"
