"I have three friends that live at Casa Ramon. The property is well kept and clean. The management for the property seems to be out of control. They like to strong elderly tenants tenants that are part of a subsidised housing program Mandating guests are not allowed on property threatening early lease termination both of which are an obvious violation of law. (Not talking about guests that violated a local law or a policy of the development. Beware of the poor management and illeagal practixes"

"The living inviroment at Casa Ramon has improve since the actual Manager toke over the property. Is a very peaceful aprtment complex with her administration. We should be greatful with the great job that she perform every day to keep up our community."
