When my brother had a life-threatening overdose in the pool area, this security guard's quick thinking and immediate response undoubtedly saved his life. Not only did he efficiently administer first aid and call for medical assistance, but he also displayed compassion and empathy throughout the entire ordeal. His calm and reassuring presence in such a crisis was truly commendable. This security guard went far beyond his duty description, demonstrating a genuine commitment to the safety and well-being of the residents. His actions that day are a testament to his professionalism and unwavering dedication to his job. I cannot thank him enough for his heroic efforts, and I'm grateful that we have such an exceptional individual safeguarding our community. He deserves the highest praise and recognition for his outstanding service. Our family will forever be indebted to him."

"Today while entertaining house guess I was served an eviction notice for the wrong person and unit. Not only was I served the man threw the papers in my face after a sparrow of em telling him not the person he’s looking for. It was humiliating embarrassing and disgusting . When taken to the office all I was told was “oh I know who this is” and chuckled at. Save yourself the pain"

"We are very fortunate to live near the pool at Mtn View #265, Ralph does an amazing job everyday keeping the pool area clean. He always busy picking up trash and blowing leaves around that the gardeners didn’t pick up. Ralph is alway so nice and says hello to me and my family every time we see him. He’s in a great mood all the time no matter how hot or cold it is outside, he does a great job!"
