"This is in response to eli jaloul's review. I live in the apartment below, where he used to live, and he conveniently left out the parts where complaints were about the loud and large gatherings that occurred frequently, his wife crying loudly and yelling, screaming children, and the sounds of him beating his wife on a regular basis. With that being said, management did not fabricate a thing and conducted themselves professionally."

"Read before deciding on renting here. If you plan on renting here, specially unit # 18 I advise to think hard. My experience here was not a pleasant one. The people downstairs will complain about anything.even walking in your place gets them annoyed. Even make fake stuff to try to get you out . And the manager goes with everything they say. I left after just 6 months. The manager seems nice at first but once you sign the lease . She turns 180 degrees."

"I have lived here for several years. This place is well kept and well run and has been for a long time. We have a very diverse group of neighbors which makes this place so cool and unique. The complex is small, cozy and the neighborhood is relatively quiet and safe. Parking is a problem when Little League baseball is in season. Laundry machines take a long time to get fixed but that's because they are maintained by a third party company."

"I LOVED living at Sycamore Glen! Excellent school district and conveniently located next to the 57 and 91 freeways and the Historic Orange Circle. My unit was cozy but with all the new upgrades and lots of storage. I love how small the complex is, it felt safer and neighbors looked out for each other. The best part about living here was the amazing staff!!! Sam and Francisco managed and maintained the property and both lived on site. This was really convenient and they were always prompt to respond to issues and were communicative about anything going on with the complex. They genuinely care about the tenants and go above and beyond the call of duty when they can. My son and I lived here 3 years and were very sad to leave. It was like leaving family!!! I Highly recommend living here :)"

"I live here currently and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The apartment is fine and the neighbors are nice but the manager is extremely rude and constantly scolds my boyfriend and I who both live here. Management is nice until you sign the lease, then its like a switch flips. I called the company that manages these apartments to file a complaint about management and they instantly retaliated against us. There is black mold under the paint in every bathroom. My neighbors have it in their apartment too. Pink mold and black mold have been in our bathroom since after the first 3 months of living here. Management promised to change out our dishwasher which never happened. I am moving out but there is no point to repair or clean the apartment because the manager is known to keep more of the deposit than is necessary. Unless you like living under someone who treats you like you're a piece of garbage, don't live here!! Our car got stolen from the parking lot and management still refuses to this day to put up cameras. Multiple garages have been broken into. Multiple times our cars have been broked into and cleaned out. Management does not care. Her remark about the garage theft "I better go check my garage". No concern for residents or their possessions. These weird millipede bugs have been here every spring season as well, they have a million legs and crawl very quickly, and other neighbors have confirmed they have them as well. Management tore out all of the beautiful trees and plants and made the area in front of our apartment ugly. I can't help but take it personally since the rest of the apartment grounds are untouched. The maintenance man is very friendly and I think he deserves a medal for dealing with the management for so long."
