"The maintenance men are creepy and noisy, and they do a terrible job with fixing things. One time one of the maintenance men was staring at me from behind a wall trying to be like he was doing something else.They never fix the laundry washing machines and it’s always dirty in there. Management does not care either. Do not live here, it’s gross"

"Incredibly petty apartment complex. I asked for them to fix my heater and they ignored it instead of telling me that the gas company takes care of that. Then today, they posted a note on everyone's door except mine announcing the pool is open. I have had zero bad interactions with them. I keep to myself. Never late on rent or complain or make any kind of trouble. But somehow they have decided to pick on me."

"This apartments sounded great at first . But after living there for years the only change was the rent would go up. But updating what needed to be change in the apartment wasn’t going to happen . Every year the rent would go up . But they wouldn’t change the carpet. Carpet should be remove they do get dirty . Specially if contract are been yearly renovated and rent going up the least you can do is change the carpet . Specially with covid. That’s not good for the family.. please remove all carpets and update apartments to better living."

"Best apartment complex so far, Management is great, easy to talk to and understanding. On-site maintenance is always available though you hardly need them no issues at all. Peaceful and gated community with security patrolling the complex. The only downside is the other residents who do not know how keep the garbage bins clean. I recommend this apartment complex, It's unfortunate we had to move out due to employment moving locations."

"I lived in this apartment from 2014 to 2016...I came here because the ad said they accept dogs..Later I found out I had to give up my pom after having him for 10 years . This was painful because he only had 3 legs due to bone problem.Everyday i watch others with their dogs and even step in dogs bowel..This place is safe,clean,nice office people..People i lived near did smoke and drink on my stairs daily.The area is pretty nice..My biggest problem was the roaches..When I moved in I saw died roaches everywhere but they said it's from the old teant..my advice move on the left side roaches are less...Check out the wash room,grass and your cabinets for roaches...Roaches were worst in the bathroom then kitchen...They are good with giving back your deposit...If you can put up with roaches this place is a great place to live...If the roaches wasnt there I wouldnt never left...The place needs a tent because their even in the grass..I even spray but i guess the infest roaches won..I have picture if you need proof also Im never at home to have roaches...I came home for 3 days out of one month.Good luck"
