"The new manager Realyn, is the greatest thing that has happened to this property. Since she came she has put this place into order. She listens to the residents concerns, she really cares for the property and its residents. I have nothing negative to say about Realyn. She is an amazing individual!!"

"I've lived here for coming up on two years and the first few months were great then it all started to go downhill. and I can't wait to move out. I wish I signed the month to month. My "renovated" apartment is a joke. The island has a burn on it. Which I'm sure they will blame me and charge me for. The paint in the hallways are two-toned. Somebody kicked in the door before, there was a giant patch hole that looks terrible by the front door. The master shower has ghetto patches. The shower has cracks all over it. The white counters are so hard to keep clean. We went without hot water and heater for 2 weeks. The elevators and gates break constantly. When the gates weren't working and we couldn't get in, my roommate was thinking it was her key fob, which the battery has died 2 times now, had to park where everyone parks in the basketball court, for a few minutes to run upstairs to get mine, and her car was towed. The company "claims" they don't have a contact with the towing company, but we see them patrolling constantly. If you have a pet it's so hard to get any maintenance done in your apartment. They don't have a scheduling system, they just show up whenever. Who is home on a Tuesday at noon?! Every time we set one we ask that they call, they never do. My bathroom door fell off almost 2 weeks ago, no one has called they just show up. It fell off because they're using the wrong screws. They put in these little tiny ones. They can't go in I have a dog I've told them countless times they don't seem to care. The carpet is cheap, it's worn down in certain spots and now we get to step on nails. It's supposed to be a smoke free community, it's not people smoke in the stairwells, the dog park is disgusting all the time. They say that they get it cleaned and they don't. The stairwells are disgusting. There is animal poop and pee, diapers and all kinds of trash. They are never cleaned. The pool is supposed to be heated it's not. The jacuzzi breaks down all the time. Whatever they clean the gym with makes you want to vomit, It's so pungent in the worst way. And it's like pulling teeth to get them to answer their phones or when someone does the person doesn't work there and they take a message but no one calls back or email replies are far and few in-between. The utilities are crazy, my roommate and I work a lot, we use 5$ worth of water, it costs us 60 to 70$ to heat that amount of Water. My parents HOUSE is cheaper on utilities than this apartment. So if you want to pay way too much money for an apartment that's not luxury and kinda ghetto, you found it."

"Allison and Katrina are the BEST! They helped make our move-in and overall experience touring and deciding on apartment complexes so easy and smooth. Such a beautiful complex with so many unbeatable amenities. Clean and modern apartments!"

"Security is seriously lacking. My car was broken into more than once despite being in my designated spot in the gated lot and there being “patrol” on guard. Packages constantly were stolen from my door if I didn’t immediately grab them upon delivery. It was a joke. The staff is friendly. For what I paid in rent I honestly expected a lot more community events and engagement. I’ve lived in a lot of complexes that provide far more and charged less than this place. The property appears nice but many of the amenities don’t work. The grills rarely function, it’s hard to get the fire pits to ignite, NOTHING in the game room is functional, the media room never seems to connect to wifi so unless you bring your own device and connection cables good luck watching anything on that big screen. None of the outdoor tv screens ever work. So it all looks great when you tour but once you live there you realize you’re paying for stuff that you never even use BECAUSE IT DOESN’T EVEN WORK!! The pet area is a joke and it absolutely reeks, there needs to be a way to properly clean that turf from time to time. I think there would be less excrement around the property if there was a better pet park and one that was cleaned more efficiently so it didn’t smell so bad. I’ve never lived in a complex with a pet park that consistently smelled as bad as The Oasis or was as small as this one. With as many residents as you have in this place the pet park here seems like a sad after thought. I say you rip out some of the nonfunctional grills that your staff can’t seem to keep up with the maintenance on, and add an additional pet park in the center of the complex."

"Nonstop CRIME. We had our car stolen within 4 months of living here, right out of our parking spot in a “gated community”. When we asked for footage for the police, they said we needed a warrant. We recovered our car a few days later but the engine was completely destroyed. Luckily we had insurance. We had our packages stolen right out of our doorstep. We had our credit cards stolen out of our mail (how does that even happen?!) Me and my wife were always paranoid something else would happen to our car/items whenever we left home or went to bed. It is not a pleasant feeling to have in a place you want to call home. Whenever we addressed these crimes to management, they were either dismissed or “it was not their responsibility “. They have 24/7 community patrol but we only saw them once in our 10 months of living there. There is even a community chat for all the crimes that occur on the property since management will hide it under the rug. On the flip side: Carol is the nicest person in the leasing office and showed us compassion in our difficult time living here. We are grateful for her and Katrina in hearing us out and allowing us to get out of our lease early. We hope no one else suffered the way we did."
