"We have been here over a year and Kim the manager does not care about her tenants. The maintenance is severely under staffed and it takes weeks for anything to get fixed and that's with us tenants having to call the office multiple times to complain and the office staff is not empathetic. The office staff has changed so many times since we have moved in and its only been a year and a half. If you live in the back apartments you are forgotten about and your cars will get broken into. Tenants have dogs and let them poop on their porches and leave it there and the apartment manager won't do nothing about it. The rent is not cheap and the property is not taken care of, the parking area had a tree fall on top of it months ago and it still has not been fixed. There is poop all over the property from irresponsible pet owners. How this is considered Yorba Linda is beyond me. Over priced for mediocre apartments."

"I live here now. But I have four months left until the expiration. I pay break fee and move to another place. I'm leaving a review of living here for 9 months. I had a lot of problems living here. The wall leaked water twice. The cause is unknown. So I'm worried about when it'll leak out again. This is because water leaked out from the side of the bed and from the closet. But the maintenance team repaired it well. But the contaminated bed mattress was thrown away. I bought the same new mattress. For a long time, many lights in the apartment parking lot were broken and dark. But recently, it was repaired. It took a lot of time to fix it. The apartment parking lot was very dark when the lights broke. My family had serious facial injuries. My family operated on my face twice. And termites live on the wall. It is thought to be continuing to reproduce within the walls. The management office said it would inspect and treat termites within 30 days, and the inspect and treat termites time for only 10 minutes. I hope this is the right way to inspect and treat termites. I'm going to ask City. We refused inspect and treat termites because we live with child, and we moved out and asked for inspect and treat termites. Children and those who come here should check if termites live."

"We’ve been living at The Bryant for 7 years; over the years there’s been a lot of changes but one of the biggest changes is having Gustavo as maintenance supervisor. He takes all maintenance requests serious and personally even bothering to follow up a few days later after fixing the requests to make sure things are still working fine. He and his team go above and beyond to get things fixed for the residents."

"I knew by the ratings here and in google that there was something wrong here but never thought it would affect me. Last week my master bedroom and my laundry room flooded. I told a maintenance guy and they came to do a visual inspection. Then contractors came and told me they had to demo some walls including my bedroom. No one from the office came or call us to give us the details. 6 days after me calling and emailing the manager came to take a look. They did not offer any assistance. After the poorly treatment from the property manager, I contacted his supervisor Mr. Edward Pajarito but no response. I am waiting from the regional manager to respond my email and I will post an update after that. You can see pictures on the repairs. I could not sleep in my bedroom for 6 nights and could not use my laundry room for 10 days. Pros: Maintenance crew is the best. Every single one of them are very respectful and try to explain what's wrong to the best of their ability. Neighbors and amenities inside the apartment are good too. It is a very nice complex located in a very good area. This is the reason of my one star. Cons: Although apartments are nice. Management lead by Mr. Webb is awful. They are rude and disrespectful. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes and do nothing to assist you. Since Mr. Webb has taken charge of managing this property pool was close for maintenance repairs during summer. Dumpsters are always full. Contractors enter your property without any authorization."
