"The only reason this place looks nice is that its only a year old. Its poorly managed, and poorly maintained. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing and are downright disgusting on holidays, and this pet free community has dog poop of every size shape and color in the grassy areas. The "play ground" is an unsafe piece of a crappy modern art someone said was ok for toddlers to play on. To top off all that, the manager will violate your privacy and go through your trash to find your mail the day after christmas when their unmaintained trash facility are overflowing and give you a lease violation if your trash happens to end up on the ground."
