"Hardly any parking. People are rude, 20 people live in one apartment. Price is expensive. The area is bad , there is a motel near by and there’s always cop near by. Cops always go to those apartments."

"I loved these apartments. We lived there for close to 2+ yrs and had to move bc of grad school. It is a great place to live in terms of the management and how well-kept the apartments are. They replaced the carpet if the person before you lived there for 4 years or more. They also hold kid-related events such as summer kick-offs, halloween events, and hold after school homework center. They also have a janitorial appreciation week and are just overall very engaged with the residents. If we ever had any incident with our place or any plumbing issues-they would be resolved in 2 days.The manager Lucy is super friendly and approachable with any issues. We did not have a lot of neighbor issues because truth be told nobody really wants to get int trouble and risk getting kicked and lose out of an economical rent. There is also a park nearby and although the schools around are not the best in Tustin, we managed to transfer our son to a better rated elementary. Overall loved it here. If the waitlist is full, I recommend calling at the beginning of every month to see if it has been opened. We waited for a bit to live here and it was well-worth the wait."
