"DON'T MOVE HERE!! We wanted to look at this apt and had call and talked to Calvin and he said he had many apt available all the end of march and that we didn't need a appt. Only time we can come was at 4PM, so we walk in and a lady (wasn't sure if she was manager or not) said NO we need appt to see the apt. so we make the appt and come back. we went back on our appt date, and she started show us around. I had to say the inside of apt looked clean, but wall looked very thin that I can hear our neighbors yelling. She also told us that we DON'T get a carport and said there is 6 months to year waiting list and they charge $70 fee every month for parking fee. We are like WHAT??? We never live in apt that charge you for parking space. We can tell that parking will be NIGHTMARE for us because every parking space was taken by cars. There will be no parking for you or your guess. WE ARE NOT GOING TO DEAL WITH TERRIABLE PARKING PROBLEM EVERY TIME WE LEAVE AND COME BACK. SORRY!! WE ARE NOT MOVING HERE."
"This place is something. 2nd year of living here. Place was built in the 90s. The houses are made of thin wood and a single wall in between upper and lower level. Making it so that you hear every step your upstairs neighbors take and making downstairs vibrate. If you have a dog, which i do, it makes it worse. My dog gets anxious and shivers because of the vibrations and stomping. You can hear them talk making me self conscious of what i do and say. The dumpsters are right next to your houses so get ready to have bugs as your roommates. Roaches, if not ants, mice, spiders, raccoons and coyotes seen almost everyday. -Dog feces all over sidewalk. -No side walk sewage so floods every time it rains. -human feces in laundry room -murder-suicide about 4months ago. Still NO security or cctv -petty theft and crime everywhere bc NO CCTV -homeless people walking around parking lot at night. Staff and maintenance make it bearable for a little. Upper management and owner should consider upgrades because the place is outdated and unsafe. Most of the residents stay and go after a year or two of living here on average it seems."
"DO NOT LIVE HERE! Do yourself a favor and find another place to live. This is by far the most vial place to live from a management, laziness, and community stance. All of the maintenance workers are lazy, have horrible attitudes (besides one) and take every easy way out possible to "resolve" complaints. Landscaping is overgrown all over the property and we had to literally put in a request to do the overgrown bushes near where we lived because it was closing the walking path to the parking lot. Speaking of communication, they haven't figured out how. There are 3 different ways to have property management contact you and none of them are consistent or even used. The app was useless to download when they email you late, and call the wrong numbers when trying to reach you. THERE WAS LITERALLY A MURDER HERE. There is only one person that works for this Property Management Team worth anything (Kelvin) and the rest are incompetent and lost at what makes any community worth living in. Being owned by a Corporation, you can expect rent to be raised to the absolute end of their legal limit to squeeze every penny out of you without remorse or consideration for the people that live there, EVERY CHANCE THEY GET. Parking is a whole other story you can read on every other post on their ridiculously low rating. I hope you read this and save yourself the time, money, and headaches this place will cause you. Good luck to all the people who hopefully never live at this dangerously low quality property."
"I don't understand all the negative reviews. Probably because I only stayed there for a short term? I stayed here during my trip to the USA because my uncle was staying here during his doctoral degree (under a scholarship by his church. He's a pastor in his home country), and the church paid for the accommodation, so we couldn't say much about it. But, in terms of comfort, I can confidently say that I'd consider Raintree as my dream long-term accommodation. The area was well-maintained, and there were enough parkings, although we had to walk a little. Unless you're a potato couch, it shouldn't be a problem. The noise was still under a tolerable limit. And the unit was cozy and modern. Again, I could just be lucky to get a good unit. Or maybe those who posted negative reviews just have unrealistic expectation..."
"Lived here 19 years ago when I was in college. Got our lease non-renewed because of a party where a few aerial fireworks got fired from our balcony and caught a tree on fire. Excellent decision by management. I wouldn't have wanted to live next to me either. No hard feelings. 10/10."
