"Im laughing at the other user reviews. This place is an awful place to live. Im a current tenant and i would not recommend this place. First off, this building is falling apart. Everything is outdated. The guard rails are very weak and rusted. The ceiling in my apartment is cracking every where with chunks missing. The paint on my walls is peeling and coming off in big chunks, my drains and pipes are constantly leaking, they painted the counter tops and the bath tub so the paint on those are peeling, and lastly all the buildings on the property are roach infested. Ive spoken with alot of the tenants here and they have complaints about roaches as well. My mother in law used to live on the other side of my building and her place was infested. Shes a very clean woman and her place was so bad she had to move out. The managers are aware of the infestation and all they ever do is send their unskilled maintenence kid to use the raid fog bombs and if you continue to complain about the issue they will send a generic exterminator. I have spoken with them about this issue since our 1st month of being here and they always try to blame it on my neighbors. And if you continue to complain to them about the roach issue they will tell you its because you dont keep your apartment clean. No matter how much you clean, the roaches will crawl all over your clean countertops and clean dishes. The roach infestation here is ridiculous. Ive already told them that the reason why they can get rid of the roaches in mine and all the other tenants apartments is because they are inside of the walls and foundation of the building. No matter how much they fumigate the roaches dont go away. Infact, they fumigated my apartment yesterday and guess what?!? It didnt work! The roaches are still here and i found one near my daughters ear this morning. Please avoid renting here. This place is one health code and building violation after another"
