"Just Don't .... This apartment complex doesn't offer any kind of security it's over run by homless they sleep every where and take over empty garages. That's not half of the problems forget getting Amazon packages they get stolen every day and unfortunately the police or the apartment management don't do any thing about it. According to them they have to catch them on the act. I have multiple videos of homeless individuals stealing from our door... Take your time and make your self a big favor and don't move here.... Yes it happen again and again and again, thiefs keeps stealing stuff left and right and no security at all... Yes it can happen any where but here it's just like an invitation..."

"i have been living in this place over 3 years now; in recent one year security around areas has been so bad. lot of homeless found cruising about the property--my garage has been broken 3x in a year and management did not do anything about it. think twice before moving into this address."

From the start, I met a very nice staff member (Elizabeth) and she provided everything I needed as friendly as her friend. Also, all the staff (Edwin, Elizabeth, Krystal) were friendly and quickly cared for my needs. It was the first time I was looking for a place to live by myself, so everything was complicated and challenging, but I was able to find a house very happily because of these people. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Briarwood Square Apartment is the BEST!!"
