"Since 2015, I've called this apartment my home, and I couldn't be happier. The community here is fantastic—our neighbors are not just good; they're also incredibly helpful. Stay and her husband Scott have been incredibly kind and supportive. Whenever there's been a maintenance issue, the team is lightning-fast in resolving it, ensuring the complex remains pristine and well-kept. They're diligent with the landscaping and are always available when we need them. Plus, the location is unbeatable: just a 10-minute drive from Disneyland, and conveniently close to major freeways like the 5, 91 West, and 91 East. There are shops and restaurants galore in the vicinity, making life incredibly convenient. And the cherry on top? It's a safe neighborhood. I wholeheartedly recommend this place as a perfect home for anyone. :)"

"We've lived here for two years, having lived in a house for 21 years. We were nervous about moving into an apartment, but it was a very easy transition. The apartments are quite large compared to others in the area. Our neighbors have all been really nice, amazing community. The pool/recreation area is awesome. And above all, our landlord, Stacy, has been beyond helpful in so many ways. She really keeps this place running great."

"My fiancé and I are fortunate tenants of the Chateau Deville Apartments. Stacey and Monique have been nothing short of amazing throughout the entire application/move-in process. I received housing assistance and Stacey and Monique were in constant contact with both me and my Anaheim housing authority housing manager. Stacey and Monique were always available to me via email or phone (even texting) for any questions or concerns I had. The information provided to me and my fiancé from Chateau Deville management was always clear, correct, and prompt. I am grateful to have had such an easy, straightforward experience. I had applied/viewed many apartments prior to finding Chateau Deville and was feeling discouraged by the units I was able to find within the Anaheim housing budget. Although my fiancé and I were unable to see the unit here before move-in we were told this from the very beginning and understood it is because the apartments are in high demand. We gladly moved forward with the leasing process and have been simply overjoyed every day since we got the keys! Our apartment is a 1-bedroom/1-bath on the first floor. We have brand new dark hardwood floors, brand new appliances, brand new countertops/cabinet doors, brand new glazing in the bathtub, a back patio, a walk-in closet with his & her sides, and the living room is big enough for a 7-person sectional to fit with plenty of room to spare! I cannot say enough good things about our home here at Chateau Deville."

"My husband and I lived here for 3 years and I LOVED it. It was pretty chill, the price was great for being next to the freeway and having wood flooring. Stacy was always super kind to us always and the maintenance crew always got things done in a timely manner. We never had any issues and id recommend anyone live here or at least check it out! The only reason we left was because we moved to Texas."

"Worst place I've ever lived in my entire life, thieves have broke into my car twice, my brother came to visit and thieves broke into his car too, thieves got into my neighbors apt and stolen her laptop and now last week they climbed into my balcony and took our 3 bicycles. Please stay away from this comunity, cheap rent only means danger for you and your family. Stacy from office didn't care when we ask to leave sooner. She even said we not in danger yet. We've never use the pool, gym or laundry, they are nasty. Don't let yourself convinced for the cheap rent price. Oh, and the review about safe & happy children is fake, all the rest are real reviews."
