"I used to live here a decade ago. You can't beat this location for convenience! Right around the corner is a corner store, place you can drop off car to get washed, donuts, good & affordable food choices, Target, etc. I see there is a 7-11 now so slurpees too. You're very close to great international food offerings like Vietnamese, Lebanese, Indian, Thai, you name it. Parking was great bc it was assigned. I never had a problem with noise and neighbors were all nice."

"I’ve read a comment on here about a previous manager bringing in the all bad people. I would like to say that manager Sandra Yepez was an excellent property manager She would start her morning walking the property , sweeping checking carport area and if there was a problem she was right on it. So I have no complaints as to her management duties. She was always on top of tenants being load and would give them notice as to the property rules"

"Great place alway clean, friendly, manger always helps me if I have Issue with some thing, I was able to reach the manager she’s always there if not I can leave a message and she gets it back to me within a few minutes, She keeps the property clean and tries to make sure it’s kept quiet because some of the tenants don’t listen. Because I work nights so sometimes during the day I have to get some sleep but thank you for reading.,"

"Lived here 10 years. Comfortable with my surroundings. Property Management the best. Area kept up unlike other apartment building this complex is alway in top shape. Management doesn’t let it get run down. Nor will you find trash on grounds"
