Villa Plumosa

"This place is a complete disaster. We submitted our application March 30th. Took over a week for our file to even be sent for a credit check, than finally it goes to Compliance took well over 3 weeks. Finally got a denial May 6th. The leasing office then removed us from the waiting list even though there was a 3 bedroom available Finally after multiple times they added us back on and we were finally called into apply. But of course i go into fill out all the paperwork and rush home to get the one document they needed. I sent the document multiple times and then i call and they say oh well your now the back up applicant. You leave a bad review corporate almost immediately responds to your review with a phone number and email that you will get no response to. And after multple attempts they block your email. Why leave this information if you do not plan to help?. The holding deposit is supposed to be sent to you 21 days after denial . As of June 18th we havent received our holding check and the leasing office either doesnt answer, says someone will return your call( never get a response btw), or says they will call you when they have an answer. 8 weeks later and we still havent received our holding check. This place will not give you answers and your holding check forget about it. And the corporate office wont help you either. They just add there information on there but you will definitely get NO respose."

"Nothing but great service from the people at the Villa Plumosa office staff. Always helpful and always available to answer any questions. Maintenance since fully staffed has been great, curb appeal and their polite staff deserves more than five stars."

"Very pleased with management and the changes they have made since the new manager has been there. She is making sure the rules are being followed and takes in consideration residents needs. Maintenance has also been a big change ever since they are fully staffed. This property is definitely looking much better and feeling like home again."
