"BEWARE: This place is a dump and the management has proven to be very dishonest and greedy in their actions. The room my elderly parent rented here smelled of mold and was the size of half a shoe box with no kitchen or kitchenette. My parent got ill and the owner kicked out my elderly parent but kept some of the deposit despite the fact that we had left the place cleaner than when my parent arrived. The lady who works there who translates for Vietnamese people asked my parent for a separate cash fee to be paid to her. BEGGED: This place is terrible and the management is very dishonest and greedy.
