"Old, out dated and over priced. Everything in the apartment is constantly breaking. The only upside is the location. Walls are thin, management is mediocre. Counting down the days until we get to leave."

Sometimes people don't like when when she enforces the rules but that's her job but she has more empathy and Kindness then I have ever had in a manager but she does her job. And as a business owner she does it very well. Beautiful view right next to the car show great place to live and it's Getting better now Then when I 1st moved in a decade ago"

"Living here for quite sometime now. We were renting at the second level and we didn’t have any issues. Only when we found the unit downstairs vacant and as we wanted our son to have some safe space to play as the downstairs apartment has a gate. Actually paying $200 more than what we’re paying when we were upstairs. We realized that until recently when somebody moved in upstairs, we can hear the people walking very heavily even at very late hours when people are supposed to be sleeping. They are walking so heavy that you can even hear the floor vibrate and some creaking sounds as the walls were too thin. Neighbors also should consider that there are people living downstairs that could be disturbed. Now we realized that we shouldn’t have moved downstairs in the first place. The walls were so thin and hearing the neighbors upstairs could be upsetting. We have no issues with the office staff as they were very accommodating and the maintenance staff as well."

"I stayed there a short time (1.5 Months) because it was close to base. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. When I had a question, or a complaint it was addressed fairly quickly. They even helped out with things that were no where near their job description. I did not have any family in the area, and they were kind enough to hold my vehicle so that it could get shipped while I was on deployment. From what I experienced, there were no downsides. As long as you are not rude and treat the staff with respect, then you will have no problems. I will probably be looking to move back here when I return from deployment. Thank you"
