Grand Central Market Apartments

"Tulia and her management team didn’t accept my application because they didn’t want to go through the section 8 process. This was a violation of my rights. I wasted about two months with the management team all because they were unfamiliar and rushing the process HACLA has set up for the clients they are assisting. I could have filed a case but I was pregnant and homeless at the time of applying and could not take the stress. These apartments are so beautiful but Tulia is rude (will talk loudly over you), condescending (quick to give a bad attitude if she disagrees), and has a point to prove for some reason ( it’s giving black woman power trip). I’m sure if you have a perfect and more familiar financial situation then you’d have no issues with them. Just thought I would share my experience."

"I just called the apartment and first of all somebody answered which is rare the lady on the phone was very efficient about getting me all the information I needed I had to ask no questions at all the place seems well managed and accommodating too bad it was way over my budget.... :("
