"Theres several thefts that have been occurring, a bike was stolen and no action was taken care of, on the night nov 12 2015 a car speaker was stolen inside the garage, i say there needs to be a background check on the tenants"

"I love how spacious the apartment is, but do not appreciate the rent increases each year and how I was told that the remodel picture that i seen 2yrs ago in the office ain't happening. I believe it's just to bait,line,and sinker! Mickey mouse maintenance! The day I moved in the paint started peeling from the walls and none of my windows locked!! Parking is an absolute horror here!!"
