"I’ve lived here since December 2022 and without a doubt my time living here at Hampton Pointe as been the best experience and I definitely plan on renewing my lease! Jessica and Denise are the sweetest and are always more than helpful with everything. They really are the best!!!! They treat me and my puppy like family! Thomas and Myra I always see running around the grounds working super hard at their respective jobs. They all without a shadow of a doubt deserve a pay raise at the very least if not a promotion. Nothing but a phenomenally above and beyond job with the friendliest service in keeping this great place running smoothly! I appreciate all your guys’ hard work and look forward to seeing you around."

"Beautiful peaceful apartment complex. Very well managed area which is cleaned regularly. People are also very nice and soft spoken. Feels safe and the parking lot is also well organised . Had a great experience living here. When i spotted a cockroach in the kitchen, called the maintenance, they responded instantly and got the problem fixed."

"Have to say wasn’t going to renew my lease but new management got new managers and they are amazing!! Denise has gone above to help me out in just about anything I need. Old manager made it hard to use the swimming pools making it extremely uncomfortable and now I have no issues going at all! Thanks Denise hands down kindest person!"

"I signed a rental agreement in the month of July and after 45-days they leased the apartment to someone else which was allocated to me because the person is willing to pay more than what I was agreed on. This is a last minute thing, the management told me to screw you and this is how the business was done. Remember the name @Dennis, @Mary Moreno and @Arlett. Don't just go by the looks of the apartment. These people and management are not good. They just don't care."

"Today my daughters car was towed from the leasing office parking area. She arrived to the complex after 11pm from work and found no parking within the gated parking area. Therefore she parked in the only available location which is the leasing office parking. The leasing office had her car towed when the office opened. Needless to say that a simple solution of calling her and asking her to move to an available spot during the morning hours would have worked well. However the leasing agents are nasty, spiteful, unprofessional and prejudiced. It has not been a pleasant experience. I would give them No stars, however that option is not available. Let the renter be AWARE!"
