"This place truly is a 5 star experience, the luxury experience really speaks for itself and the beautiful property and its amenities are flawless, they didn't skip a beat as far as I'm concerned...but what I really want to emphasize is the management team and the leasing office. Particularly my experience with both Arrold and Simon! I first spoke with Simon and I was thinking, "Wow, he really is so nice, very fair, understanding, goes above and beyond..." then a couple weeks later, I had the pleasure of speaking with Arrold, and it was then that I realized, this truly was a hand picked team to perfection, everyone in the office works in such a pleasant way with their tenants. I'm a resident here and truly...my hats off to Arrold and Simon because they have really exceeded my expectations of staff here and to me, that's really what makes or breaks your experience as a tenant. Thank you guys for everything you do and showing up everyday as luxury staff. "

"Loud unexplainable banging noise coming from the ceiling of the top floor continues to wake up and disrupt my unit. I live on the top floor with no one above me and have been reporting loud banging noises that sounds like hammering or running for months. Management has not been able to stop it or explain it. I chose the top floor for peace and quiet and ironically have unexplainable thudding that wakes me up regularly on my days off. This noise happens throughout all hours of the day and happens randomly, sometimes it stops occurring but always eventually returns. My guests have even said it sounds like someone is running above you. You can’t enjoy living somewhere that doesn’t allow you peace, it absolutely sucks here when i’m woken up to this. They can’t explain it yet it can go on as long as 8 hours at a time. Avoid the VRV"

"I had a fantastic experience with Simon, the leasing specialist at VRV... He is so genuine, friendly, and knowledgeable about the community and the surrounding area of Stanton. It made the process of making VRV our next home a no-brainer! He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions (and boy, did I feel like I had a lot), and I can tell he really cares. The location is excellent and has easy access to all the major freeways including the 5, 22, 91, and 405. I could not recommend this place enough for anyone who is searching for a new home!"
