"Mrs. Maria Capistrano is very very kind but it is a shame that all the office asks for is 3x the rent deposit proof of employment for 3 months 45 application fee, a week of waiting for the response and after all that they tell us that the application is not It was approved, we asked if there was any way, extra deposit or something to do and they just said no. What a waste of time and money, it's an apartment in the mountains, not in Beverly Hills."
