"Wish I can give 0 stars NOT SAFE ! There was a shooting that happened right in the B building lobby that left several individuals shot with 2 critically. Thank Goodness I wasn’t coming home at that time. Witnessed a homeless man with his pants down by the fitness room which I reported and warned the residents on my.Equityapartments . Walked down the stairs inside of the building leading to the alley there was a homeless man sleeping on the stairwell. Cars getting broken into. Mail being stolen due to someone stealing the mail key from the postal worker. Package room being broken into. I specifically had a stalker that would pear outside my window and stand on the ledge by the bushes to look in my window. Airbnb kids climbing up from the ground of the fitness room to my balcony to get to floor 3 which I have footage of. Would continuously receive emails from management re: police activity. Definitely not a safe place to be for a single female living alone. I’m not there anymore was afraid for my life."
"DO NOT STAY HERE. I wish I could leave zero stars. They do not check apartment prior to move-in. I had a hole in my screen door, broken microwave, ripped rubber at the bottom of my fridge amongst many other damages on my move in date. Water is always being shut off, elevators are always broken, homeless break into garage and break into vehicles. Most recently I had a leak coming out of my ceiling that took a week to fix and now that it’s fixed they have left their trash is my apartment which includes a huge trash can that was catching the water and have had my dryer disconnected for 5 days now and have had no one to connect it back. So guess who hasn’t been able to do laundry… I have had an absolutely horrible experience, I have lived in several states and this is BY FAR my worst experience. And if you choose to live here despite my message just be ready to have alerts in your email every week about something being broken or your mail being stolen."
"We have been living here for almost 5 months now and we couldn't be happier! We moved in due to an atrocious situation in our previous apartment complex but now we really feel at home. The complex is clean, safe and quiet, with great neighbors. Also, some apartments have a beautiful view of either the Sandia mountains or Sunsets. The office ladies are simply amazing: caring, super efficient and willing to help at any time. They also helped us welcoming our new kitten in the apartment :) Also the package room is a massive pro, being that we can just walk there and scan a barcode to get out package. Everything (package room scanner, washing machines, dryers, gym equipment, etc...) worked perfectly since we moved in. The buildings also have a chute for general trash, which is great since we don't have to go outside in the cold (only the recycling bins are outside). We really felt welcomed here at Glo and we look forward renewing the lease!"
"Dallas is always realizable and gets the emergency taken care of quick and efficiently. We recently had a leak in the house and he came in took care of the leak and inspected the place for humidity. There hasn’t been a leak since then."
"I lived in this building for 3 years. 1. There was a shooting outside of building B. 2. Homeless always in the stairwell and they normally were naked. 3. The trash shoots are always full. You will have to walk down to p2 or p1. 4. A person was attacked in our building and hospitalized. Then he asked for help with rent on the portal page, but it was removed immediately of course. 5. The package room is always being broken into, nothing is safe. 6. The keys to the mail box was stolen and hasn’t been replaced yet. So none of your usps mail is actually safe. They will tell you to file a police report. 7. My dog was killed on the property by an aggressive dog. There wasn’t much done by the office even when it came to filing a claim with renters insurance. Even though they had a video of the tenant. They didn’t want to reveal them even though I had a copy of the license. tenant still lives there. I had to go through renters insurance and the tenant now has another dog. 8. I was nearly attacked by aggressive dogs before I moved out. 9. Dogs pee all over floor 2, so it smells like pee. 10. My apartment flooded and I had to turn the water off myself. Maintence didn’t respond until 2 days later. I just mopped it up and turned the water off, what if I didn’t know how to do that. Thank god my dads a plumber."
