"Unfortunately as mentioned many times, the leasing agent-Sky- is pretty rude and dismissive. I toured this building last year, while looking at other buildings in DTLA. She had to be the rudest one. I felt so uncomfortable and little as if I shouldn’t even have been there. I ended up renewing my lease, a 3rd time, with my current DTLA apartment. It’s sad because the Josephine are beautiful apartments. I do find the amenities to be lacking (I mean my current apartment includes a large range of amenities- even a theater). For a beautiful high rise, you’d aspect better amenities or at lease in par with the surrounding properties."

"As someone who frequents this establishment due to my mother's residence here, I must commend the building's overall excellence – it's well-maintained and the staff, while generally satisfactory, could improve. However, I find it somewhat perplexing that the individual at the front desk is required to physically step away from their station to utilize a key fob in order to grant access to guests for their desired floor. This seems inefficient and potentially disruptive to the front desk's operations."

"Beautiful building and beautiful units, everything updated, laundry/dishwashers, unique layouts. The concrete and half walls really make them stand out and there is amazing views in most units. Kaya Evrenos has been my leasing agent and he's been amazing. Didn't ever feel rushed or pressured, he seems like he genuinely wants to make sure future tenants find their dream apartment and is willing to put in the extra effort to help you find what you want. He was kind enough to even stay late making sure I saw every unit I needed to to make my decision."

"I went in today to view the property as a walk-in. For me, although the units were decently modernized the overall property is dated. However, voicing my concerns Sky Williams did a great job reassuring the positivity of the living environment in Josephine. She was kind enough to accept me 20minutes before her next appointment and joyfully guided me through my tour + follow up!"

"I had an apartment tour today with Sky Williams & I must say it was beyond a pleasant experience. The initial staff at the front desk were very prompt in checking me in & gathering all needed information prior to the tour. Not only was Sky extremely attentive to my wants and needs as a tenant along the tour, but she was very patient and detailed with every unit shown. She made sure that all my questions were answered, I was well aware of the features within each unit as well as the amenities within the building.
