"I recently moved to Los Angeles, CA in December 2023. The first two weekends of December, I searched Los Angeles apartments in downtown. I did a guided tour of 825 South Hill, and I did a self guided tour a week later. On January 7, 2024, I moved into 825 South Hill! I personally like the property and amenities, my unit, and the property management. I had a great experience scouting the property and potential units, smooth application process, and seamless move-in. Saul Ventura was my first point of contact for 825 South Hill, and I appreciate his warm welcome and support. Saul was very helpful during my search and even better during the application process for the property. He made sure that I was informed about the property, units, neighborhood, and lease agreement. He also made sure that I made an informed decision as I was moving from across the country. I really like the property and my unit. 825 South Hill is a beautiful property with some cool amenities for residents and guests. In addition, I am very comfortable in the area that I am in. I have a 15-20 minute walk to work, which many people in Los Angeles can not say. I also have two grocery stores nearby, and I am near a lot of good restaurants and cafes Overall, I would encourage anyone looking for an apartment in Los Angeles to check out 825 South Hill and ask for Saul. "Absolutely recommend 825 as it’s the best luxury high rise in DTLA, even over Thea, watermark, and others in the area that we’ve toured. You get a bigger bang for your buck, but utilities are a bit pricey. However, given the amenities are always super clean, especially the resort style pool, we don’t mind the utility bill so much. The views are unobstructed, which is one of the best features about this building, and the floor plans are well thought out. I love that we feel like our unit is super private, especially because you can barely ever hear the neighbors. Balconies are huge too! Last but not least, the staff is incredible, from the front desk to the leasing office (special shout-out to masui, Kyle, Sam, Mary, Fred). Packages are easily found, the staff handles your concerns proactively and works with you, and maintenance crew is awesome when they come to make repairs. The building itself feels safe although downtown in general can be a bit dangerous as with any metro area. It’s important to note that every building will have its issues, but it’s how the staff handles it that makes the difference. Overall we’ve been super comfortable and happy at 825 & highly recommend to others wanting a luxury DTLA lifestyle! Update: Daniel, who is part of the maintenance staff, is also incredibly kind, fast, knowledgeable, respectful of our no-shoe policy by wearing booties, and has excellent communication + follow up. Each time he came to fix something, my partner and I would be relieved to see it’s him as we know he’ll get the job done efficiently. My dog also loves him! Thanks so much for taking care of us Daniel!"

"We signed a 15 month lease, and we love it here! The entire staff always greet us with a smile and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, I receive a prompt response. 825 really maintains everything inside and out to keep it looking pretty. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 and are rarely crowded. The view is a big plus! I highly recommend 825!"
