"Just re-signed the lease for my second year here. Quiet building full of a lot of USC grad students. Super quick walk or bike ride to campus, laundry in building. It is an older building but my apartment is so cozy. I feel also feel very safe here."
"I'm an international student living here for over a year. I emailed the manager from abroad and the application process was very straightforward. The manager responded promptly to any questions I had about the lease details and was very helpful during the whole process. Living here is great, the building is very close to USC (I could wake up 30 mins before class and make it on time). It is also a couple of minutes walk to the USC Village, so grocery runs to Target and Trader Joe's are quick. The building management is very nice and has quickly helped me resolve any issues (very few) that arose. Awesome place to be for students and working professionals."
"I have been living here for almost 2 years now, and my experience has been pleasant. It is a great location walking distance to USC, Target, Trader Joe's, a park, a liquor store, and there is USC security on almost every corner. In regards to the building itself, the management is extremely nice and the owner was willing to work with me even though I didn't have the best credit. The neighbors are friendly and we sometimes have social hours. I am certainly glad I found this place."
"Very sketchy application process. The landlord asks for too much personal information, and even after I provided it, he told me that I needed to go somewhere else even though I qualified. I was also told because of last year's rent eviction protections, people stayed in his building without paying rent and he's triple checking people's information so that everyone pays the rent. I'm not even sure what he does is legal. Will report to Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles."
