"I enjoyed living here because the staff and maintenance people were all so nice and helpful. Orlando and the team always made sure issues that came up were resolved. One time the water heater broke and they made sure to fix it right away. They also added lockers for packages which was nice, and new windows in the units! The property had a lot of green bushes and trees that are pleasant. I also never had a problem with car theft in this complex (sooo many apartment complexes have an issue with car theft these days), which I was grateful for. We had no issues with bugs while living here as well. They weren’t luxury apartments or anything, but they were cozy enough to live in comfortably. They also were very communicative in returning our security deposit, and coordinating move-in and move-out dates. My only complaints were how the pool doesn’t stay open year round. It’s closed for about 7 months of the year. Also the heat in the summer and early fall months was so extreme. The units aren’t insulated well and the tiny AC unit didn’t do much to cool down the bedrooms. We slept in the living room to stay cool. The new windows did help with keeping the apartment a little bit more cool though once when they were installed. :)"
"Okay, it’s been the first 30 days since I moved in and here are some of the issues I came across. The garage button opener given to me was extremely old I have to click 5 to 7 times to open my garage. It really didn’t work, I have to crack it open and fix the battery holder. Turned it in on Sunday only to have the maintenance guy do the same thing to it then return it. You’d think 1900 a month will get you a new garage opener on move in. The garage I got opens by itself periodically, and overnight my tools were stolen. No renters insurance so I take the hundred dollar loss. I reported it Sunday, but was told maybe it was somebody from outside. If it was, then they shouldn’t advertise it as a gated apartment. I’ve had 2 pregnant cockroaches fall from the stove fan into my pan, and found a few eggs hatched as well after move in. I’ve been bitten by a spider three times, my girlfriend as well. Neighbor disputes, calling the police twice. Again, if you’re gonna pay $1,900 just know what you’re getting into. No pool, no gym just thief’s, roaches and some spiders. I have photos of 1 spider caught and a few of my garage open mid way when I’m coming home but the site won’t let me post saved pics."
"CLEAN & SAFE, loved every second of living there would definitely rent again! My bf and I rented here in 2019 and we loved it. FOR THE PRICE, this was such a great apartment - VERY CLEAN, not once did we EVER spot a bug (maybe just some mosquitoes OUTSIDE during the summer) and there was always staff around the lot cleaning somewhere. Of course, they aren't the most luxurious apartments - at all really! There are 2 pools and a cute jacuzzi, but they could be a little cleaner. However, for the quality of living and the area, this place was amazing! Right in the middle of the city, you have so many great places to shop and Fullerton/Brea are only 15 mins away! The police dept was right down the street and the fire station is right across (seems like it would be noisy, but honestly, it was not bad at all- we definitely slept through any commotion). My only 2 complaints are: the Summer heat was BRUTAL especially with the tiny ac unit - I actually a heatstroke once! The insulation is not the best lol so invest in some good blackout curtains! The other catch is...management does not have the best people skills. HOWEVER Pam gets things DONE and very timely - she may be rude at times but very reliable. We loved that apartment!"
"If I could give this place no stars I would. I’m constantly being harassed by the apartment manager, her name is Pam. I’m being blamed for other tenants because she has a personal vendetta against me. She’s emotional and takes everything personal, she is unprofessional & I do not recommend living here."
"This place will raise your rent every 3,to 6, month after your Lease up. And will charge you for everything they will nickel and dime you. No people skills or management skills. Cheap paint and low skills on maintenance.!!!!!!! I been here 8 years."
