"I’ve been living at Summerwood for a few months now since moving to Southern California for school. I love the environment here, the updated rooms as well as the staff. Laura, the front desk has always helped me with any of my questions and concerns as well as Francisco and Steven, who has helped me numerous times with maintenance and overall help. The smallest problems can occur and they tend to my needs without hesitation. The community here is very welcoming and friendly and it feels like I am back home where I’m originally from."

"We've been at Summerwood Apartments for over a year now, I can confidently say it's been a fantastic experience. Here are some key highlights: Safety: I feel safe in this community, and I've never had a package stolen. Amenities and Parking: Nice gym, poop stations, dog wash, and plenty of parking. The payment app for laundry can be a bit finicky, and for the longest time, it wasn't notifying people when their laundry was done. Vibrant Community: Diverse, friendly neighbors and a generally peaceful atmosphere, with the usual buzz of kids playing and dogs barking now and then. Top-Notch Management: Shoutout to Laura, our community manager, who's always on the ball. Maintenance guys Omar and Francisco are super friendly and efficient, especially around pets. Good to Know: Street sweeping on Thursday mornings. There is one shared garage space that comes with the apartment, and you can rent additional uncovered space within the community. That said, there's plenty of street parking if you're willing to move for the street sweeper, but you should get a La Habra overnight parking permit, which is around $30-40 for a year. All in all, Summerwood Apartments has been a wonderful place to live. Safe, friendly, and well-managed - it ticks all the boxes for us for a great home in La Habra."

Additionally, the maintenance crew was exceptional. Franciso, in particular, was, so friendly and was able to help out anyone's needs in both English and Spanish! Best staff ever!"
