"Decent place at El Sereno/University hills technically RIGHT OUTSIDE OF "East LA" & not in east LA looking at the OUTLINE map of El Sereno, safer area on the north east side of town of 10 fwy also now with FBI / forensics, Detective & police department being built across the street, drastically changed area, up and coming ! Decent gym and pool, more importantly, best location, location location ever!"
