"Somerset is a very clean and well taken care of apartment complex. The leasing office ladies are amazing and really respectful. I’m thankful for Kiana because I only have Sundays off and Kiana is always there in the office if I need anything. She’s a really respectful and friendly young lady. Mercedes is the same way no complaints whatsoever. Erica is the reason why my family and I are still living here after so many years. Maintenance team is great and on top of things!"
"I'm a new tenant and so far my experience living here has been great, the office staff is super nice and very friendly. I put in a service request to have something fixed in my apartment and the maintenance crew showed up very quick and took care of the issue. I would give more stars of I could! Thank you Somerset you rock!!"
"I've lived here for almost 3 years, and this place definitely has pros and cons. Some pros being maintenance, they are every helpful, and have a great customer service. Very professional. Other things like the pool, and laundry rooms that stay clean. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. A few cons is the homeless people around, but security has been really helpful with that. Another is some unprofessional people. Kiana in the office can be very rude and unprofessional, and whenever we ask for something it usually doesn't get done. Mercedes on the other hand is great at her job and we are always please with her. We've had problems with security being unprofessional but have since not been bothered by then. Overall great place to live besides the unprofessionalism from some of the staff."
"These Apartment used to be so nice, now I feel like it’s going downhill with all the rowdy tenants that are getting approved to live here. People smoking weed, cars getting broken in and stolen daily, which includes mine, you pay for a security that’s non existent. Homeless people all around digging through trash can’s and damaging cars. Pool is never open and when they are, it’s way too crowded. The only good thing is maintenance are quick when you call them and the staff in the office are nice"
