"At Thea Metropolis. The first thing that impressed us was the concierge and the lobby. The concierge was welcoming and professional, and the lobby was clean and well-maintained. It gave us a good first impression of the building. The leasing office team was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though we didn't have an appointment, they still took the time to show us a couple of apartments and answer all our questions. Their willingness to accommodate us made us feel valued as potential residents. Unfortunately, due to the bad weather, we weren't able to see the amenities during our visit. However, based on the overall experience, we have high expectations for them. The property itself is stunning, and we can imagine that the amenities will be just as impressive. What stood out the most during our visit was the sense of safety we felt at Thea Metropolis. Moving to a new area can sometimes be daunting, especially when there are mixed reviews about the neighborhood. However, the building's security measures and the attentive staff helped alleviate any concerns we had. We felt comfortable and secure throughout our visit. Overall, our experience at Thea Metropolis was excellent. The friendly leasing office team, the beautiful property, and the sense of safety we felt all contributed to a positive impression. Despite not being able to see the amenities, we are confident that they will meet our expectations. We are excited to return and explore everything Thea Metropolis has to offer."

"I guess buildings like that are called high-rise condominiums. You can tell without even asking that the rent is definitely high.(or it's a lease or may b buy it idk..) This is what I think...., I forgot what's the# of top floor, but especially the residents above 40 floors who lives there, While looking at the beautiful views from them rooms in them daily life. I'm sure they are enjoying it day and night! How nice"

"I have been looking at countless properties in Los Angeles for the right place that has Amazing Energy and THEA at Metropolis is an incredible vibe in the perfect location. It is walking distance to everything from shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters, trains to the beach and more. I was Incredibly impressed as soon as I walked into the lobby and was lucky enough to have a tour of the property and units. I really enjoy the units on the top floor. The unit I want has a view facing west and it was perfect. I already have ideas for where me and my fiancé will want to live and it only excites me for my future home. The Pool is very spacious and has salt water so that was a plus for me since I take health very seriously. The staff is wonderful from the concierge, maintenance and the Leasing team were quick to help me always during my visit. Thank you!!"
