Cesar was fired from his position because he chose to approach his work with integrity and care. Beach Front Property Managers get bonuses for keeping the cost of repairs down. This means they use cheaper materials for repairs and take shortcuts. They have a band-aid approach to fixing issues. Their buildings are infested with roaches and their managers are often rude and disrespectful. Don't bother contacting headquarters because they are just as rude and never respond to messages. They can't be bothered to provide the assistance they are being paid to provide. Look the other way if you are looking for somewhere pleasant to live."
