"Love the unit, but the request for maintenance seems to go unheard. I feel they are short staff. It is so much improvement that needs to be done, which could possibly turn this place into a cool community. In reality, it's not worth it. Disappointment."

"I applied for this apartment and let's just said that the staff is extremely unorganize and dismissive towards thier customers needs and expectations. They also favor men over women. Most of their staff are female. I have a 710 credit score and over 6500 in income. They took my deposit and did not assign me an apartment. But a male that had a high five hundred credit score and made a little less than me was given an apartment and move in less than three weeks. I did not wait on them to get it right."

"Frustrating Experience with The Enclave Apartment and Apartment Manager (Manager D. Molano) As you will read on these reviews he tries to respond and clear up all allegations to make it seem as if hes active with responses but living here he do not answer emails or calls you would have keep coming down to the office when they are available when you finally do reach someone they tell you they will leave a message for him to get back and he do not, hes rude once you do speak with him and very sarcastic about the concerns you are addressing. Lets not mention someone being killed here a few months ago and they tried to not address the issue or concerns people have that lives here yet alone or with family, the security of this apartment is just bad anyone can access the site because the parking gates are always broken and don't get fixes for weeks as well as the elevators Another major concern has been the consistently slow response to maintenance requests. Despite reporting urgent issues, it took an unreasonably long time for the apartment manager ( D. Molano) to address them. The lack of responsiveness has significantly affected my living conditions, I am a disabled person with a walker temporarily and every month the elevators are broken for weeks at a time the hall ways are alway very disgusting and smells bad even when cleaned. Unprofessional Conduct On occasion, I have witnessed unprofessional conduct from the apartment manager during interactions with residents. Professionalism and courtesy are vital when managing a community, and these qualities have been lacking in my experience. The drainage system in the building seems ineffective, leading to recurrent problems with slow drains and unpleasant odors. This not only affects the functionality of the plumbing but also creates an uncomfortable living environment, temporary fixes seem to be the norm rather than a lasting solution. The recurring nature of plumbing problems suggests a need for more comprehensive repairs and maintenance to prevent issues from resurfacing"

"I recommend no one lives here false advertisement Very disappointing experience living in The Enclave While the location has its perks, my overall stay was far from satisfactory. 1. Maintenance Issues: One of the major drawbacks was the persistent maintenance issues. Despite multiple requests, it took an unacceptable amount of time for the management to address crucial problems like plumbing leaks and electrical issues. This lack of promptness significantly impacted my daily life. 2. Noisy Environment: The noise level within the complex was consistently high. Thin walls and inconsiderate neighbors made it challenging to enjoy a peaceful living environment. Attempts to resolve this with the management were met with limited success. the building allows pets and there is ALWAYS poop and other things like trash in every hallway there is here they have a cleaning crew but when they do clean its like they use dirty mops because it still smells very bad. They also have a section 8 build that is just ridiculous he is filled with roaches and when the tenants complain The Enclave do temporary fixes but they really need to tent the entire building itself 3. Security Concerns: I had concerns about the overall security of the property. Limited lighting in common areas and occasional issues with access control systems made me feel uneasy, especially during nighttime the elevators always broke the gate to enter the parking area is always broke its no security when it come to your cars there is always break in and they do nothing about it and they have cameras. you cant even get amazon deliveries here because packages is always being stolen right from your door. 4. Communication Problems: Communication with the management was another area of concern. Important announcements and updates were not consistently communicated to residents, leading to confusion and frustration. Conclusion: In conclusion, my stay at The Enclave was marked by various issues that significantly impacted my quality of life. While the location has potential, the management's lack of responsiveness and the overall living conditions make it difficult to recommend this apartment to others."

"I lived here for 16 months and I don’t recommend anyone to move in here. They trick you by only showing you building 2, which has the beautiful elevator, mopped floors, great paint job, etc. Online it says under amenities included: laundry, ac in apartments, dog park, dog sitters, gated community, office area, 24/7 security. All lies. Washing machines are always broken and never repaired. I opened 5+ tickets regarding my ac and it never worked and wasn’t fixed for 16 months. The dog park is full of poop. All doors to the outside are not locked and the ones that require a code it’s 1234. There’s no office area, lies. 24/7 security is a lie, Not until they killed someone’s was there security and it’s only for couple hours. I lived in building 3 which is always dirty, broken elevators, trash everywhere. They know this yet don’t do anything about it. Tickets never get answered. Trust me don’t move!"
