Hana Apartments

"Been having issues with my neighbors below, as they play music to the point our floors vibrate until 3am, yes 3 AM. We’ve sent recordings over a length of 8 months, they’ve received over 10 notices and apparently 3 cure or quits. Yet, management from corporate won’t kick them out. I went to the ER due to these neighbors and corporate is so negligent, they let these individuals renew their lease. Tripalink sets up written standards and when those who don’t abide by them go on and about, individuals who do abide, suffer. Tripalink is an absolute negligent company."

"It's a nice apartment complex, good people working here, but they allow tenants to only get internet through the internet provider BAI Connect which has been the most unreliable internet service provider I have ever experienced (including Comcast and Spectrum). We are currently in a 3+ day internet outage and there are no updates from the internet provider. Unless Hana thinks about allowing tenants to use other internet service providers in the building, stay clear of this place."

"This building opened up for people to move in a couple of months ago. They haven't once cut their grass or cleaned the area around themselves so the front their building smells like urine and looks awful. It's funny that they want over $3,000/mo for a ONE BEDROOM and have done nothing but drive down the value of the block they're on. If the way they treat their neighborhood is any indication of how they treat their tenants, I'd look elsewhere for a place to live."

"This is my first time to live in an apartment and Hana makes it wonderful. Nice people here, including neighbors and management staffs; Plenty of amenities for daily life. And the most important, amazing views on the balcony! Though sometimes small problems, something like hot water, they are all dealt with quickly."
