"Aliso stands out as an excellent residential area, boasting a family-friendly atmosphere. I enthusiastically nominate Jose and the entire maintenance/cleaning crew for excellence awards! While my sole grievance pertains to package theft, ownership is actively addressing this issue with a solution in progress. I want to shout out to Mark and Henry with the maintenance team. They arrived super fast to solve a complex issue. These guys are A+. It's great to see the management company hiring a military veteran!"

"I wrote a positive review when I first moved on cause they asked me to, I'm Editing my review after living at Aliso for 4 months. Aliso is a nightmare as the positive reviews are fake or there the people who just moved in. I had my bike stolen from the designated area for bikes inside their garage. It was locked as well. Homeless people get inside the facilities and buildings. They will steal from the the residents, poop and urinate on the builing and cause more issues. Elevators and key fob break constantly. The whole place smells like dog pee. It's extremely noisy. People smoke in their units and you will smell it. Leasing office doesn't do anything about it. There is a constant fire works late at night in the area as well. I got my car towed from the building. I have a permit. Leasing office office even bother to call me. When I asked why you didn't email me or call me, she made up different excuses. First she said it’s a lease then she said its new car and they don't have it in file. I had the same car since the beginning. Her language was extremely rude and hostile. They are just nice before you lease your apartment, after that you are on you own. Good luck trying to resolve anything with the leading office or the property manager. They are only nice to you before signing the lease."

"i went to this community for several times, very clean street, there is a large swimming pool and two-story gym with private cinema and great conference rooms. It is very pet-friendly and has many restaurants nearby, making it very convenient to travel. Just got signed as future resident, Leasing Manager Maggie Rocha is the one I go thru the process with. Very patient and detail, super friendly. And get the best price for me. 5 Star recommend her as well."

"I have lived in San Diego my entire life and due to personal circumstances moved to LA and I couldn't find a better place to live at. There are a ton of amenities, the location is amazing (everything you need is walking distance), and the management is very helpful. They are always thinking of really unique and fun events every other week."
