Dunbar Village

"I'm declining to give this facility a high rating based on the application process thus far. I submitted an application two years ago. Someone from the office called to ask about my current interest. I remain interested, and have attempted to communicate with the managers a few times, but have yet to receive the communication as to next steps. Unfortunate, as this property seems so lovely, in a historically rich location, and affordable. One would hope the quality of management would match. In my experience, there's room for improvement."

"I've tried before to apply; but procrastinated following through visiting the facility. I have to take advantage of this opportunity and get involved with other seniors whom I can bond with. I realize that here in Los Angeles; housing is competitive but at the Dunbar; housing is affordable, based on my income. I rate it 5☆'s."
