"I've been living here since October 2023 (almost 6 months). I wanted to wait to write a review till I had enough time to see how the management responds to any issues and till I had enough time to see how I liked the neighborhood in general. Leasing: Lovely and thorough. I worked directly with Alina who I believe was somewhat new when I applied. It was easy to apply online-this was excellent for me because I was moving site unseen. I was not able to see the apartment prior to move in. Alina was responsive, friendly and it was reasonable to get the lease I was comfortable with. I will say, I paid extra because my credit is a little low but I have the income. Also, a pet fee would have been necessary if my cat was not ESA. But she is ESA so no extra pet deposit was asked of me. Move-in: So seamless and welcoming. I moved all by myself. They reserve an elevator for you on move in day if you need it and they will even let you borrow a cart to help you move your things if you need that. It was such a help! Also, some of my packages came like a day early and they kindly placed my packages inside of my unit for me. That was sooooo nice!!! "

"I have just moved into the building and had a great experience! Alina helped me from the tour all the way to the application approval process. She was incredibly friendly and kind and always responded to any questions or concerns right away. She made the entire process easy and quick and helped the whole way. Marnae assisted me during my move in process and was also super helpful. She was very attentive and kind and always able to help. The maintenance team was also incredibly helpful. Any questions or small issues we had were solved within minutes or a couple hours. Overall, this has been my best experience moving into a new building and I highly recommend it."
