"Lived at evolve for 2 years and here's the good and the bad: THE GOOD: - Apartments are spacious and still feel very new. - Gym is well equipped and the lobby area is beautiful. - There's AT&T fiber so for those of you that like fast internet you always have that option - Some units come with a full size garage which is super useful for additional storage - Maintenance team is usually quick and professional with any maintenance needs. THE BAD: - New management is absolutely clueless, they are great at selling and getting you to sign but they don't care about you a couple months after you move in. - Many of my friends that lived here had their deposit deducted as "paint" at the end of lease, same thing with me. Move out inspector said everything looked great and then we got hit with a $600 dollar fee out of nowhere, so don't expect to get your deposit back. - Trash rooms are an absolute mess and there's dog poop everywhere on the property. - Gates are usually broken so random people come into the property to steal from cars and apartments. - Dangerous area. And community. We had our downstairs neighbor wake up to some guys breaking into his apartment through a window, he moved out immediately due to fear of it happening again, and management enforced the contract on him. There are no cameras anywhere but the gym and the offices. People posing as USPS delivery guys knocking on doors waiting for you to open to jump on you. (Trying to upload video proof from ring camera but google doesn't allow it for some reason) - Amazon packages are constantly stolen and mail box area too. - Parking is a mess. You will usually find random cars occupying your outdoor spot, good luck getting a tow truck! Overall I think you can get a much better deal elsewhere, and have management that actually knows what they're doing."
