"Great place to live in! Overall, the building is clean and in a good location with new appliances. The property manager Denise is very helpful! When the air conditioning broke she handled it in a timely fashion and gave me a portable unit in the meantime. When the hurricane came, my apartment started flooding due to a clogged drain at the back and she immediately came to the rescue and even offered her own personal towels and helped clean up my apartment. She is very responsive and very kind."

The moment I walked in to this apartment and was greeted by the INCREDIBLY AWESOME lady at the entry office (she is named Denise, she turned out to be the manager, and she is AMAZING), I knew this was the place to move to. Having experienced many different apartments, management companies, and living dynamics in LA, the set-up at &Pico is stunning. From the open floorpan and windows, to the state-of-the-art gym, to an amazing spa, to the best property manager I've ever experienced (again, she's AMAZING), I am so grateful to call this place home. If you are looking for a new place to live on the west side, want good energy that leaves you feeling refreshed and inspired every day, with good restaurants nearby, this is the place for you. Yes, it's by the freeway and yes it can be somewhat noisy if you open up you windows... but it doesn't bother me at all. I love it here. Absolutely love it."
