"So far I love it! Your leasing agents are all so great, they made the move in experience as delightful as possible. Also everything in the apartment was clean and repainted as I moved in. I love my unit and the community feel of this property. The rec room and the new coffee maker is amazing! I've been using it and so excited for yoga and pool time. So far so good! The staff is also so incredible here and they are very responsive and accessible."

"This was the best apartment experience I have ever had while living in LA. After living in various areas, I stumbled upon the Woodcliff apartments. They have 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 grilling areas, a fully stocked gym, an amazing rec center with a coffee machine, and free yoga classes every Wednesday and Saturday. My apartment was extremally spacious and had two giant closets with a lovely balcony. This is a great location for any UCLA students because the R12 Big Blue Bus has a bus stop right outside of the apartment complex."

They were very accommodating and Ray was also very pleasant and knowledgeable - he was more than happy to answer any questions I had the throughout the process. Moving in was seamless and I haven’t had any issues living there to date - I haven’t experienced any security concerns and the staff is also very responsive."

"Management is courteous and the community of people who live here are friendly. Even though the building is older it is well maintained and all transactions and communication are done by email and computer, so you will need to know how to use one. My first week here I noticed they began to lay new flooring in the elevator landing area and in some hallways. I like the calendar of events also, that shows their interaction with the residents"
