"I was approved and then declined the next day due to a service animal.. I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable when doing the walkthrough as he talked about how dogs weren't welcome unless they were "grandfathered in" the manager, Chris said aka before he started working/living there. Once I was approved I disclosed my ESA which is my legal right and he yelled at about afterwards like I was a child.. Telling me I lied to him, when we never discussed it to begin with. He proceeded to tell me EVERY demographic of the building during my initial tour and very private things about tenants living there because he could trust me.. BEWARE! I wouldn't feel comfortable living with someone who is in everyone's business and clearly doesn't like dogs."
