"We have stayed at Shores for multiple years now and we can't say enough good things about it. The staff, from the leasing office to maintenance to management, are all incredibly friendly, helpful and courteous. They go above and beyond to make sure that we have a positive experience. The location of the apartment complex is simply unbeatable. It's a block from the beach, so we can wake up and fall asleep to the smell of the ocean air. We're also just a short walk from all the best restaurants, bars and shops in the vicinity. The views from the roofs of the buildings are absolutely breathtaking. We love spending time up there, watching the sunset or just enjoying the panoramic views of the ocean and the city. Overall, we highly recommend the Shores to anyone looking for a beautiful and convenient place to live. The staff is amazing, the location is perfect and the views are simply incredible. Here are some specific examples of how the staff has gone above and beyond for us: - When we first moved in, we had a few questions about the apartment and the complex. The leasing office staff was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all of our questions and giving us a tour of the grounds. - One time, we had a problem with our air conditioner in the middle of the summer. We called maintenance, and they came over to fix it within hours. They were very friendly and professional, and they made sure that we were comfortable before they left. - The management team is also very responsive and helpful. Whenever we have a question or concern, they always address it promptly and professionally. We truly feel like we're part of a community at Shores. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they make sure that we have everything we need to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend!"

"I’ve lived here almost a year and have loved it. I feel like I’m on vacation every day. The staff are amazing and other residents are very friendly. It feels like a community. My dog loves it too. Maintenance couldn’t be better. Any time I’ve had a problem I’ve just contacted them through the online system and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Finally the best part is the courtyard and safety. I can walk my dog any time day or night and I know we will be completely safe. The feeling of safety and community in invaluable."

"My wife and I lived at the shores for 2 years and had a great experience. The shores has an incredible and responsive staff. In particular David was a incredible manager but also neighbor who often went out of his way to ensure we felt at home and amongst friends at the shores. The grounds are constantly being maintained and cleaned because yes, it’s a massive building which comes with the realities of scale and lots of people living together. We had an amazing unit facing the back dell alley. We sincerely appreciate David and the rest of the staff and strongly suggest the shores for anyone looking to live walking distance to the beach in Marina del Rey"
