"The hotel rooms are showing the age with cracking boards and numerous chips and dents. The hotel had a plumbing issue while I was staying which is fine however I was only told of a water outage overnight not of the construction that would be occurring directly out of my balcony. The restaurant was decent quality and I would eat here again. The distance to the nearby food and shopping options was nice."

"Take a good seat in front of the boats, the attention is fantastic, the food too! The drinks are made to perfection! It’s a delight and a wonderful place. The hotel is very nice."

"We stayed at the hotel for 6 days and have left completed disappointed with the entire experience. At the end of the day a hotel is a hotel and it's really the service that makes the difference. This hotel has a lot to learn about customer service. Noone takes ownership of problems when they happen. We experienced no TV for six days. Some of this was caused by an outage with provider which we understand but it was the lack of follow up on their side that drove us crazy. It always seemed like it was someone else's job to follow up but that someone else didn't really exist. No empathy and no trying to help find workarounds etc. We also had no water for a few hours one night. Again, not the hotels fault but how they handled it was abysmal again. They didn't tell us there was a problem we discovered it when jumping in the shower. We asked could we drink the bottle of water in the room but told we would be charged for them. We had to escalate to get this sorted. Requested someone come back to us when it was back on but again noone did. Pros * Location is quiet and shops, coffee etc are all local. Great place to walk around. * Room was clean and housekeeping was pretty good * Easy to get to the airport * Pool area is nice Cons * Rooms are run down and need an overhaul. Manager advised us it was due 2021 but corporate are stalling on plans. * Service - most disappointing area. Fine if it's just transactional but if you need help you don't want to be here. * Follow up is so bad"

"What a vibe!! Feels like vacation days! Beautiful place with an amazing beach atmosphere. The staff are very kind and professional! The ocean view is breathtaking! Once you are there, get to go to the Cheesecake factory located a few steps from the Hotel, and after, go back walking by the sea and enjoy the view! Get some rest by the pool! Enjoy the stay!"

"I’m writing this review while staying at this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. After we checked in, we reported that there is no phone in the room, no shampoo but most importantly that our bed sheets are dirty from previous guests. We were promised that the bed sheets will be changed, together with the missing phone and shampoo. After whole day of us being gone, we came back to room that was not cleaned, bed sheets still dirty from previous guests and dirty towels only folded back instead of getting clean towels. Instead of relaxing in the room we had to wait 30 minutes outside to have the room cleaned only to come back to find out they did NOT change the dirty sheets AGAIN. Also, we wanted to at least spend our time waiting for the room to be cleaned using the hot tub but it was not working. The lady at the reception (I will not name names here but I will let the management know of who it was) promised both times that she will take care of this but did not. Then she was absolutely unhelpful, rude and ignorant towards us when we, as guest, tried to deal with this. She even hang up a phone on us when we called her from our room the second time we found out the sheets were not changed again. If you want to pay your money to someone who is not doing their job then go for it, but we will not be staying here again. Sleeping in a dirty bed and asking two times to have it cleaned only to end up with the dirty bed after all is really not how you want to spend your holiday. The lack of competence demonstrated by the lady at the reception is shocking and destroys the reputation and credibility of the entire hotel."
