"Worst landlord with a manager who lies and steals from its residents. Total fraud"
"Wonderful place, My family & I love it Everything u'll need right on the tip of your fingers (:"
"I lived in these apartments and loved it for many years. They have a prime location and the building is full of wonderful tenants- most of who have been there for many years. However, my opinions changed when the new manager, Daniel, took over the building. He is one of the most unprofessional, rude, and threatening individuals I have ever met. He uses pressure, intimidation, and coercion to make people comply with what he wants. He will fly off the handle at any given moment with yelling, empty threats, and falsified “facts”. He flew a drone (with a camera) close to the balconies. He put cameras everywhere to “spy” on the tenants. He AirBNBs apartments when no one is living in them. When brought up to him- he immediately puts blame on anyone and everyone else and threatens to evict you. He lied to our faces multiple times about his past and what was happening in the building. I would not advise anyone to rent in this building until the owner replaces the building manager. He is a liar and a liability. It made our final months there borderline unbearable. Side note- the building also needs repairs… it is an older building and needs updating badly. However, all of those things could have been overlooked (and were for years) but the manager makes living there really difficult and so while I’m at full disclosure- the building itself should be talked about. The flooring is dingy and the washing machines are old. The parking lot underneath is a hazard, dark and dirty and cars get vandalized often. The balconies need updated and all of the windows need replaced. But as stated above, my main problem with this facility is the current manager. Don’t rent from here until he is replaced."
