Messaged you on Vrbo which shows that ai am a real person. I have an account with reviews on there. You are completely incapable of doing your job and replying back to a potential client in a timely manner. You expected me to transfer the money while I was driving in the middle of the desert. Had you replied in a timely matter let’s see: the day before when I was trying to book or how about the morning of for that manner then I could have worked out the funds with my bank. Instead it took me messaging you 2-3 times to even get a response from you. And if anything seems like a scam it’s having to Zelle you money. You were rude when I told you I was having issues with Zelle. All you replied was “call ur bank” . A better response would have been “oh in sorry that you are having issues with Zelle, my suggestion would be to first call your bank and see if they could accommodate the request”. So glad i did not give you my money. I found a killer air bnb with actual nice and friendly hosts who RESPONDED TO ME. Unlike starline real estate"

"I stayed at the old building on Bluff Ave. It was a really scenic and traditional building with a lot of historic features. Caroline was super helpful with my long stay. I’d definitely recommend for a cool stay on the San Pedro harbor."

"Caroline is the ideal professional if you are not just interested in maintaining the status quo -- but want improvements to the status quo. As a long-term resident of 3825 Bluff Place, I have been here for the length of her tenure as apartment manager. When Caroline began, the building had numerous housing violations, and there were leaks in many apartments after heavy rains. She soon had the roof competently repaired. The leaks stopped. Troublesome or delinquent tenants found themselves other places to live. Apartments got needed repairs or upgrades, new hallway carpeting and lighting were installed, as well as, for the first time, security cameras. Seating in common areas was added. Today there is a beautiful, tall locked gate giving access to the rear of the building where previously there was access but no lock and no gate. The parking lot, which consisted of patches of dirt and crumbling asphalt, was gated and paved with concrete. Lighting and security cameras were added here too as was a charging station for electric cars. I have always found Caroline to be personable and professional, quick to answer inquiries and address concerns. Her energy, initiative, wide knowledge of local competent tradespeople and what it takes to successfully manage real estate has made her an efficient and effective manager."

"They are very responsive and definitely trustworthy! I had booked my Airbnb and unfortunately I had to cancel due to certain circumstances. Caroline was awesome! She suggested few things and she was very understanding. I’m so glad that I had a person like her to help me and I was able to put complete trust into the entire process! It’s definitely hard to find good companies/people these days who hold integrity but I can assure you she really takes care of her clients. She’s an asset to their company! Even though I had to cancel my stay, just how Caroline took care of the issue for me, how she was so honest and responsive-I am definitely going to consider this place when in town!
